There are a lot of things that can stress you so that your defenses are never let down. An unfit and unhealthy lifestyle may also lead to work or school depression. To help alleviate anxiety, try to exercise, meditate, do what you love, love hobbies, eat sparingly.

Some things that you can do to keep your body fit and healthy are exercising, getting enough sleep and having your scheduled or monthly daily check-up with your doctor. This will let you know if there is anything different about your body.
