With the right folks in the right jobs, your ability to succeed goes up. Also give your employees incentive to stay with you for the long haul. Doing so will mean less turnover. Fewer turnover numbers for you also means smaller costs in having to retrain and more.

That said something you should be doing on occasion is seeing what your competition is up to. If you are blind to what they are doing, it can make things even more challenging for you. So, take the time to visit their websites, social media pages, apps and more. You should also talk with them when attending any community events, trade shows and the like. This will provide you with more insight into what they are doing and how they are doing. Last, don’t be afraid to share some ideas without giving away any company secrets. You may find that you and your competition have much more in common than you may have first thought.
