As a leader, you need to be attentive to your employee’s issues and problems, and also try to be available to your team, support them, connect with them so that you can build a good relationship with them. When you know your team members it will help you in providing effective results.

When a leader influences their employees to achieve more success in their then it will make employees value the organization and work hard to provide better results. Also, to make things move smoothly at the workplace, maintain a regular meet-up with your employees, take them to lunch or dinner, connect with them so that the workflow of the office shows better results.
