Planning

After having a picture of the challenges and possible causes, the entity then comes up with a list of possible solutions. The list is then subjected to scrutiny to come up with a model that will work best in providing solutions to the problems. Depending on the cause of inefficiency, the organization may end up with options such as training seminars, changes in the structure of teams, workshops, or team building. They then come up with a well laid out plan on how to practice the solutions.

Implementation

The experts then strategically put the plan into practice to boost productivity and efficiency.

Evaluation

After implementation, the team evaluates the results that their plans have yielded. If the set out objectives fail, the entity conducts another assessment to determine causes of the failure, after which they make relevant adjustments to eliminate the obstacle. If the result is way below the target, the company may have to employ professionals to conduct the development process from scratch once more.
